Hello, members;
We won't have any upcoming exam. So, we will have a break from Exam Kihon, and Exam kata. Today, we will practice some Sente Kata; such as Tekki 2; Kanku-Dai; Empi; etc. Also, we will practice extra light free sparing.

It was really hot in dojo yesterday evening especially because I was wearing my sauna pants under my gi. Keep yourself hydrated, BBC Members. Thanks for showing up. Sensei couldn't make the BBC class, but he focused on "body contact" during the regular class. Hope it was helpful. Here are a few comments:
Reto:Getting out is getting better, but not getting in. You need to be able to get in as far as you can get out. Good coordination during the kicking pad exercises. Kick back your Mawashigeri. Your Kokutsu-dachi was too high yesterday.
Ana:Good stamina, Ana. try to minimize the prep time when you switch stances during kumite drills. Don't be afraid of losing balance. Get more used to footwork.
Dima:Nice distance determination during kumite training. Experiment different counter attacks next time.

Thank you Hiroko-San. I have big and motivating challenges in Koku tsu dachi to get further down and in Mawashi geri to kick back. I will have it in mind next training, and thank you for the great training yesterday oss!

Thank you as usual for your helpful comments Hiroko-san. Class and BBC Club were great as usual. Once Lucas finishes school at the end of this month I will have more time to learn katas and train more, so I'm looking forward to that!
Osu,
Ana

Even I need to take the LSAT in the upcoming summer season but I have not started the preparations yet. It is going to be quite difficult because I will take it for the first time. I have heard a lot about the TestMax LSAT Prep Courses and seeking for some reviews about this app. Can anyone provide that?

I am a lawyer in Washington, D.C. I don’t remember about LSAT at all since it was back in 1999 when I sat for one. Unfortunately, this club was for Karate( Marcial Arts) promotion exam prep and not academic qualification exams such as LSAT. Good luck on your endeavors!! Best, Senpai Hiroko
